1. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original condition with tags and packaging intact
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
Exchange Reasons Accepted
- Size issues
- Wrong item received
- Manufacturing defect (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items on sale or clearance
- Innerwear, accessories, or customized items (if applicable)
Exchange Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for exchange.
- Our team will guide you through the return process.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, your exchange will be processed.
- Exchange delivery time may take 5–7 working days.
📌 Shipping charges for exchanges may be borne by the customer unless the mistake is from BrandKapra.
2. Refund Policy
When Refunds Are Applicable (Only in special cases)
Refunds are only offered in the following cases:
- The item received is damaged or defective
- The wrong product was delivered and replacement is unavailable
- Order canceled before dispatch
Refund Method
- Refunds are issued via:
- Bank transfer
- Store credit (preferred option)
- Cash refunds are not available for Cash on Delivery orders.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after product inspection and approval.
3. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- To cancel an order, contact us immediately with your order number.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear pictures or videos as evidence
- Failure to report within the given time may result in rejection of the claim
5. Important Notes
- Colors may slightly vary due to lighting and screen resolution; this is not considered a defect.
- BrandKapra reserves the right to approve or decline any exchange or refund request.
- Returned items that fail quality inspection will be sent back to the customer.
