4. Orders
- Placing an order means you agree to purchase the item at the listed price
- After placing an order you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
- Order processing time is 1 to 2 working days
- Once dispatched, delivery takes 2 to 5 working days depending on your location
5. Payment
- We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan
- Payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery
- Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery
6. Shipping
- Free shipping on orders above PKR 5,000
- Standard shipping charges apply on orders below PKR 5,000
- We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan
- Delivery times may vary during peak seasons such as Eid
7. Exchange and Returns
- Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging
